Nant version 0.91, Build 0.91.3081.0

For some reason, I'm not able to call a "depends" target twice. Here's what I mean. Say I have

<target name="all"
             Depends="TARGET1, target2, TARGET1, target3>
             <--! Do something -->
</target>

Nant executes TARGET1 before target2, and I expect it to execute TARGET1 between target2 and target3, but it does NOT! Is this a feature or a bug?
