NAnt currently doesn't have an IF-THEN-ELSE construct.  Instead, you have to say IF x THEN ... followed by IF not x THEN ....

If you IF test is complex, you might try defining a property named something like "is_x" then have an IF testing for is_x followed by one testing for not is_x.
