As a result of funding by Erik Winfree and collaboration between Chang-Shung Tung, Erik, and myself an update of NAMOT is pending. This version(now 2.2.0-pre1) uses the gnu autoconf method for configuration, was developed under Linux, and has several new features including better support for modeling of single strands and a python interface.
