[nail-devel] New *quote-fold* option

Hi list,
i got so harried by non-folded lines in reply mode that i've
implemented a *quote-fold* option which does a somewhat fancy
linebreaking for those flowed lines.
It works well for me, but some power-user should stress it
since of course nail is in patch-by-patch mode from my point
of view, and only.
@Dario: the power of the ultimate solution.
