I decided to rewrite kbdz from scratch in C++, switching from select a based design to a multithreaded design. This will allow to support more input/ouput type (jack midi, OSC, ...

It is now implemented as a dynamic library but console and graphical user interfaces are planned.

It's here, the first release of kbdz, which support mouse and keyboard for the moment.
