NagiosQL 3.3.0

While the current NagiosQL version 3.3.0 already supports PHP 7.0, a general support of PHP 7.x with NagiosQL 3.4.0 is in preparation.

After the decommissioning of the old website nagiosql.org, a forum and a ticket system are now available on the Sourceforge project page.
