When i'm in a host or service on the Add On Setting tab adding addtional "Free Variables", I need to use either a ' or ", but on insert they are being converted to &#39 or &#34. I found a previous discussion on other special characters and it appeared the bug was fixed. I downloaded the latest "prepend_content.php" file, as well as the full solution but neither fixed the issue.

I'm running
NagiosQL: 3.4.0
PHP: 7.3.11
Everything on the support tab checks out "OK"
