When I try to modify, or add a new command to the commands.cfg file I get this error "Error while inserting the data into the database :Unknown column 'arg1_info' in 'field list' Anyone know what the issue is with Nagiosql being able to change my commands.cfg file??

It looks like you have updated the PHP files of NagiosQL without updating the database.
You can try to start the installer via install/index.php - or update the database manually. The needed SQL commands can be found in the files under install/sql.
