I have realy anoying issue, when i added a new graph in map file with output, that graph is shown on all hosts, i am using 1.4.4 nagiosgraph.
When i deleted rrd's for that service it is not shown on nagiosgraph but i have a lot of hosts and i realy need help how to cut that to not be shown n all hosts in my network.
I deleted everything related to that service in map file but rrd files for that service are still present on each host on my system. Is there solution to delete rrd's at once or i must go manualy for each host.

No, Nagiosgraph provides nothing to delete RRD files. Try:
find /path -name file.rrd -exec rm {} \;
