[Nagios-users] Anyone got two or more instances of Nagios Running?

Good Day Everyone

Has anyone got two or more instances of Nagios running?
I have two servers presently running Nagios. These both monitor different networks and I am building a new system with NIC's on both networks. My plan was to put both Nagios NMS operations on the same server. I have got two installations of Nagios in two different directories working. However the second one shows the Nagios process status as not working. The services are checked and when I look at the processes running both versions of Nagios are running their respective service checks. I think it appears to be the init.d script, though I edited that to make the second one have its lock file as tbh-Nagios.
On another note the second instance only shows the statusmap icons as squares, the first shows all the gd2 images perfect.
