#1 use "make" to help album maintainer updates
Use make so it automatically maintain album according to changes made to the original pictures.
"make clean" also acts better than nagg -f
"make clean" also provide a way for user to remove anything added by nagg (currently no way except doing it manually)

Adopting "make" means, for the album created by nagg, a copy of nagg itself and its make file is kept in each album folder. In the future update of the album, including adding, replacing, removing, renaming, adding retouched version of pictures, would result "make" to recongize the change and re-make the index accordingly.
