#9 [Neo] Sending vCard to Win2000, protocol error 603

When trying to send a vCard-format name from the Newton
to Windows 2000 (SP3, all updates), results in "OBEX
Protocol Error 603".

To reproduce:
(Method 1)
-reboot Newton.
-in IrOBEX prefs, set 'Use OBEX:IrXfer' ON.
-try to send vCard via IrObex. Protocol error 603 occurs.
-clear error and send via 'Default' format. Windows
prompts to confirm transfer, and then file is transferred.

(Method 2)
-reboot Newton.
-in IrOBEX prefs, set 'Use OBEX:IrXfer' OFF.
-try to send vCard via IrObex. Succeeds!
-Err... okay, so I can't reproduce with this set to
OFF, but the Neo page says to leave it ON, so...

Soon I will compile OpenOBEX for Win32 into a DLL, or die
trying. I got it to a .lib. Then I can forget about the
dumb irftp.exe and write my own stuff with OpenOBEX.
