#21 Source for v0.76

I'm having the "Sequence out of order" problem at 0.75
which I believe is fixed in 0.76. The source tagged at
VERSION_0_76 in CVS does not appear to be complete as I
don't get any of the project files.

Will the source tagged at VERSION_0_76 be completed in
CVS?

Releasing source and binaries targetted at both
framework versions 1.0.3705 and 1.1.4322 would be a
great way to go.
