Notice the quotes below...

‘rags to riches’

They dont seem to be conventional and I cannot find
them on my keyboard. Anyways, in order to get my
data adapter to update correctly, I have to do the
following:

objRow["body"] = this.txtBody.Text.Replace
("’", "\\’").Replace("‘", "\\‘");

This should be automatically corrected I believe.

Current beta 1 code is handling these correctly. Also, you
should know that I am no longer updating this project as it
has been acquired by MySQL. I am working for MySQL now and
am releasing the product as MySQL Connector/net
