The way around this is to search for // fix the error for date > 2038 in the calendar.class file. Located in the class folder under public_html. Verson 2.0 it's line 186. Under this statement put - date_default_timezone_set("America/Los_Angeles");
Where America/Los_Angeles you can replace with your region to state your time.
