#6 program doesn't do clean exit

plenty of minor errors. when we call another computer,
there's no way to 'stop calling' in cases where the
destination computer suddenly disappears. When either
receiver or dialler wants to hangup, the hangup button
should be there, and it should work, doesn't.

while talking, there should be 'answer' button, or 'call'
button enabled. because this program is not
multiconferencing, so the interface is kind of confusing.
only hangup should be there.

when we change a setting, close the program, it keeps
running in the background although the window and tray
icon disappears, we can still voice chat, until the
instance is killed using task manager.

the webcam doesn't work, programs usually pickup the
installed hardware and place it in a combo box so you
can switch between multiple cameras, but even the one
camera doesn't work, tried all settings, now gave up...

when we mute the microphone, the program doesn't
release the recording hardware for other applications to
use, so, quick switch isn't an option.

forgot one thing, the refuse button is quite strange, there's
no need for it while talking.
