Sorry for the long delay in responding...vacation is bliss!
You can't directly compare Skeletonz, TG, and Django as Skeletonz is
more of a complete CMS, whereas the latter two are web frameworks
(lower level stuff). In terms of maturity, Django is the most mature,
with TG right behind it and Skeletonz trailing. That being said,
I think that Skeletonz is more pythonic and adheres to my favorite KISS
(keep it simple stupid) principle. I'll be developing 1-2 websites with
Skeletonz, in the next month or so, and will have a better idea of its
capabilities following that.
