12月12日晚，在港上市的碧桂园公告，公司执行董事杨惠妍、莫斌、杨子莹及非执行董事陈翀主动提出降低薪酬请求。          

降薪前，杨惠妍、莫斌、杨子莹、陈翀年薪分别是37万、300万、200万和37万元，降薪后统一调整为年薪12万元，也就是月薪仅1万元。          

此前，12月8日，碧桂园召开了12月集团管理会议，集团董事局主席杨惠妍在会上表示，“家族肯定会砸锅卖铁支持公司的，公司会努力探索出一条尽快恢复正常经营的有效路径。”

莫斌从300万降至12万 
碧桂园12月12日晚间在港交所公告，结合行业和本公司实际经营需要，本公司执行董事杨惠妍、莫斌、杨子莹及非执行董事陈翀主动提出降低薪酬请求，并已于2023年11月1日与公司签订董事服务补充协议及补充委任函。          

具体来看，四名董事调整后的薪酬全部为12万元/年，换算月薪1万元/月。国家统计局数据显示，2022年，全国城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为114029元，广东省城镇非私营单位就业人员平均工资为124916元。也就是说，降薪后，碧桂园四名董事的薪资基本向社会平均工资看齐。

其中，降幅最大的要属碧桂园董事、总裁莫斌，调整前其年薪为300万元，此次降幅高达96%。如果与碧桂园出险前的薪酬水平相比，莫斌的薪酬降幅会更大。                    

杨惠妍、杨子莹和陈翀调整前的薪酬则分别是37万、200万和37万元，此次调整后降幅也不小。   

值得一提的是，上述三名董事实际上都是碧桂园实控人杨氏家族成员，杨惠妍今年3月刚从父亲杨国强手中接过了权杖，出任董事局主席，而杨子莹是杨惠妍的妹妹，陈翀则是杨惠妍的丈夫。

据中国基金报梳理，近两年，公司已对高管薪酬进行了多次调整，至2023年高管薪酬较2021年下降86%，这些高管包括公司总部副总裁、职能中心总经理及以上高管、区域总裁。

根据碧桂园于12月8日召开的月度管理会议，面对前所未有的困难，碧桂园也推进了多项自救措施。其中，2023年，碧桂园尽最大努力削减行政费用开销，总额较2021年大幅降低近60%。

明年预计交付量超40万套
据统计，今年前11个月，碧桂园集团已累计交付房屋约50万套，累计交付面积6043万平方米，涉及31个省，240个城市。其中，山东、山西、江苏、安徽、广西部分项目提前交付，河北、湖北、湖南部分项目全部交付完毕。

杨惠妍透露，未来12个月，交付挑战会进入深水区，2024年碧桂园交付量预计超过40万套，数量仍然庞大。“保交付是非常艰难、但也非常重要的一项工作，希望大家严阵以待，高度重视，做好前置规划。”

另外，12月5日，每日经济新闻获悉，碧桂园再度进行组织架构调整，合并14个区域公司为7个新区域。

具体来看，河北和北京区域合并为华北区域，山东和苏北区域合并为鲁苏区域，西北和陕西区域合并为中西区域，安徽和浙江区域合并为浙皖区域，江西和福建区域合并为赣闽区域，云南和四川区域合并为川滇区域，广西和江中区域合并为江中区域。

对此，碧桂园方面表示，在当前行业形势下，本次调整旨在进一步提升组织与业务的适配度，推动管理扁平高效，可用资源协同互补，优秀人才人尽其能，全力确保“保交付”战略目标的实现。

杨惠妍在管理会议上表示，经过了集团总部和区域项目层面的一定调整，总体上公司的组织架构已经到了一个比较稳定的阶段。接下来要做的，就是要锁定优秀人才，坚持公开透明的选人用人机制、培养人才的机制，更好地完善短中长期的薪酬和激励机制。
