Hi,
i am doing
  pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/jandecaluwe/myhdl/pull/39
but this raises an error:
error: The requested URL returned error: 403 while accessing 
https://github.com/jandecaluwe/myhdl/pull/39/info/refs

How do i get your changes.
