Another change since the move to github is
that the readthedocs/latest is built from the
master branch (seems ok).  The latest docs
include the 0.9 mods.  Should we add a simple
tag in the "What's new" bullets to indicated
released vs. not released?

Something like:

    * [dev] What's new in MyHDL 0.9

    * What's new in MyHDL 0.8
