[myhdl-list] Modelsim cosim.do do script file for testing missing

Hi,
I'm running the cosimulation tests using modelsim and the comi.do file is
missing.
I fixed it using tha same code found in:
https://bitbucket.org/mattip/myhdl_fork/src/884f52072d3e?at=0.8-dev

Just pointing for some one with the same issue.

Another question is where are the right place to fork myhdl for start to
help on the development and place issues. I found some repos in github,
bitbucket and sourceforge.
