Not so quick :-)

Here are two other issues I found:

1. The ucf file is not added to the project file, so the pin mappings
are not used.

2. I use a spartan3a in FT256 package, the pin names are strings.
The original code creates wrong pin names in the ucf file, attached
is a patch that I used.
