[myhdl-list] MEP 107 Initial support

Hi,

I've added inital support for conversion of attribute references. So far,
it does not support inferring port names at the top level. However, it does
support attribute referencing in lower levels of the hierarchy. I have not
yet tested it extensively, but I did confirm it does not break any older
tests.
