[myhdl-list] 0.7 release plan

I am planning to get 0.7 out of the door next Tuesday, Dec 21.

I have updated the documentation and already uploaded it to
the website. The online repos are up to date also, with
version number 0.7. Basically, only tagging and uploading
to SourceForge remains to be done.

I am planning a final selective documentation proofread
for typo's and to check whether anything critical is
missing. If you are willing to review and find anything,
let me know.
