Is it possible to get the delete permission on the user space.  I am unable
to upload new versions of a image (or any media) or remove unused media.  I
end up having to create new names for each version.
The following is from the dokuwiki manuals
Removing Media

It is sometimes necessary to remove a media, which was being uploaded
before. To do this the ACL <http://www.dokuwiki.org/acl> feature needs to be
enabled and the user who wants to delete files needs to have the
DELETE permission.
Files can be deleted with the garbage can icon then.
