[myhdl-list] MyHDL Boosters concept

Hey all,

   As I work on taking PhoenixSID to the next level, I've been coming up 
with my own 'homegrown' techniques to streamline the creation of a 
complex design and make it much more fun. I've decided to collect them 
together under the title "MyHDL Boosters", which is similar in spirit to 
the Boost C++ libraries.
