I've completed a full pass on the manual for 0.6:

The chapter on Conversion has been completely rewritten
to accomodate for VHDL. I've put the examples in a
separate chapter. I've also used another stylesheet
that I like more.

Feedback is very welcome, now is your chance to improve
the manual! All changes have been pushed to the repository.
To build it, you will need the brand new Sphinx 0.5.
We're bleeding edge as always :-)

I'll use the coming 2 weeks to proofread, spell-check,
finetune, and handle possible feedback. After that,
we're ready for a release.
