[myhdl-list] New repository location

I have moved the MyHDL repository to a place where I have more
control. Look on the web site for the new location.

If you track development, there's no need to take a fresh clone. You
just have to modify the default repo location.
This can be done in the hgrc file of your local repo.

(I have tried to send/resend a similar message for the past 5 days,
for some reason it didn't seem to work so far.)
