[myhdl-list] Moved to webfaction

I finally become frustrated enough from a hosting service
without shell access (yahoo) to decide to move all my web
activities to webfaction, including myhdl.jandecaluwe.com.

 From what I learned so far, I think I should have done
this much sooner :-)

If you notice something strange, let me know.
