MyGen1.3: Settings/Connection/Browse Oracle Databasse via "oledb ..." does not work

i have only the "microsoft oracle dotnetdriver" installed but not the "oracle dotnetdriver"

when i press the "oledb ..." button for "Oracle" , nothing happens.

browsing for "mssql" works fine.
i can use query express (http://www.albahari.com/) to connect to my oracle 9 database.

    expected behavior after pushing "Test Connection": Errormessage xyz.dll not found or better disabling the browse button.

    i am using the connect string "Provider=MSDAORA.1;Password=***;User ID=userid;Data Source=oracle9.Company.com"

    using an "odbc via oledb" connect string
    Provider=MSDASQL.1;Password=***;User ID=userid;Data Source=odbcName

    and pushing "Test Connection" gives the expected error message.
