I created a simple application (see attachment).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start application and Click on Tab 2:2 (somtimes flickering starts here)
2. Click on tab 3:3

flicking starts. It stopps only when I hide tools again.

I use Windows XP and a Sun JDK 1.5.0_15.
