#21 Code into repository

Can you add the code into the repository. Pls change the PW for admin and the SMS component.

Also:

• a folder db, where there are the necessary scripts for the db
• a license.txt (with the Apache license)
• a README.md where we explain the project (i will update this)
• a docs folder for documentation (content comes from e)

I initalised the repository with README.md and license.

doc/adminguide.md needs some completion by you.

For uploading the code I think you need to prepare a special folder, where all passwords are replaced by dummies like "<db-password>" and the like.</db-password>

As the rest is done, We can do that part. Important is that the passwords and the details of the sms configuration are replaced by dummies.
