I'm having problems installing this on my own little server:

Setup:

WinXP
MySQL 5.027
Apache 2.2.4
PHP 5.2.1
MyBlog - os.zip March 7 2007

extracted all file directly into served folder.

I've got a DB w/login waiting.

I run wizard.php and get this:

"Either setup has already run or you are not logged in!"

I haven't built any logins for it yet, that I know of.
