It'd be great to incorporate some ontology visualization aspect to the ontology tab. Something Flash-based that you can drag and manipulate or even an indented list similar to OBO-Edit would be useful.
This is outdated now as we have various mechanisms for visualizing the ontology. Re-open if specifics come up.
Flash FTW. Maybe we could do this as an animated GIF instead? (sigh...)
BioPortal is flash based, no? Flash is terrible, non-standard, etc.
