#116 my data Specimen table including identifiers

On the "my data" link where you can export your raw data, you are able to export specimen data and identifiers separately, but unless I am missing it, it would be nice to have all the identifiers (including the new NCSU barcodes!) as a column included in the specimen raw data.

The my_data tables are verbatim replicates of the tables in mx. Since identifiers are stored in a separate table you have to download them both. There has been some call for custom combinations, so I'm reformulating this to be a request for one of those.
