#49 Cursor disappears in 3-D Plot

When using any 3-D applet (3-D Function plotter,
cylindrical, spherical, vector, ODE, etc.), if the user
increases resolution, or does something to slow applet
(i.e. rainbow arrows in 3-D vector plot), cursor (hand
tool) disappears from window. Then, if the user goes
to any 3-D plot window, the cursor is completely
missing from the spplet as it passes over the 3-D
graph. Only fixed upon reload.
