[mvp-xml-help] (no subject)

i'm trying to make this book show up as a web page, can you help me and why 
am I being told it doesn't have a dtdt and css?

<title>Coco's Trip to PetSmart</title>
<para>Once upon a time, there was an adorable little red dachshund named 
Coco. Coco was not happy, though, because she wanted a new toy, so Gayla, Coco's 
owner took her to Pet Smart to buy a new squeaky chew toy. When they got inside 
the store, Coco immediately spotted her favorite toy, a fuzzy, squeaky, 
stuffed squirrel, and got so excited that she almost jumped out of the shopping 
cart. Soon they were back home and Coco played all day and night with the stuffed 
squirrel. The next morning, Coco noticed that her squirrel did not squeak any 
more. She had played too rough with the new toy and the squeaker was broken, 
so Coco was sad once again.</para>

<title>Coco's Trip to Uncle Roland's</title>
<para>One day Coco's owner decided to go visit her brother, Roland. As soon 
as she got there Coco jumped out of the car and went to his door because she 
was excited to see Chocko and Boo which are his dogs. They played and chased 
each other all day until time for bed. The next morning Coco ran out the door and 
chased a squirrel up a tree. Coco was happy that evening when it was time to 
go home so she jumped right in her owners car.</para>

<title>Coco's Trip to the Veternarian</title>
<para>When Coco's owner had her for a year she figured it was time to go see 
the vet. The vet was at Pet Smart and Coco loved going there but she did not 
know that she was going to get her shots. When it came time for them to draw 
blood so they could check for heartworms Coco would not let them; she would jump 
and howl every time they got close with the needle. Finally after three 
attempts they had to bring in another nurse to hold her and they finally got blood. 
Then came time for her shot and the doctor gave her a check-up. Well Coco got 
a clean bill of health and was happy to go back home.</para>

<title>Coco's Sleep Over</title>
<para>One day Coco's owner decided she was leaving on a trip for the weekend 
so she asked her daughter to keep Coco while she was gone. Coco played and 
chase the cats the first day she was there. At night she got to sleep in bed with 
the kids and the next day she played outside in the backyard with them. She 
was sad to have to leave but she was also happy to see her owner again.</para>

<chapter id="chapter5">
<title>Coco Goes to the Park</title>
<para>It was a nice Spring day when Coco got to go to the park and run all 
around. She loves going to the park because she gets to chase birds and run with 
the kids. Her owner keeps her on the leash but it is long enough that she 
gets a little freedom. When it gets dark it is time for her to go home but she 
hopes she can go to the park again soon.</para>
