#14 VIP password with fast observe/join

Connect to a server as a player (/join) and wait for all specslots to be full.

Now type your VIP password and then /observe.

This will fail. The VIP password won't be active for reason or another and therefore you have to type spectator 1 and then reconnect to be able to join as spectator with the proper VIP enabled.
