Let's face it, when I do a search, let's not get from addresses starting from 192.x.x.x for they are usually masquerades and cannot connect anyways.

That's what "push" is for. By sending a push request, you can cause the 192.*.*.* host to connect back to your host.
If your host can't accept connections, "firewall" should be set to true so that your host won't send push requests.
