#60 Crash when TAB alone is pressed.

Mutella crashes when I press TAB and there is nothing on
the command line. It used to display the valid commands.
Please feel free to ask any questions regarding my setup
to better help you find the solution.
I'm using version 0.4.5 (which is accidently named 0.3.5
in the CHANGES file) compiled with GCC 3.2.2, linked
with readline 4.3 on a 2.6.7 kernel.

Confirmed this bug with mutella 0.4.5 on FreeBSD 5.2:

> Bus error (core dumped)

I've also been locking up mutella from within screen- looks
like the old terminal bugs that were seen in versions 4.1.?
but never fixed.
