#6 Image maps and/or SVG and/or Flash maps

provide a more dynamic interface using more powerfull
techs.

Problem:

* Musmap aim to be HTML/CSS only for a maximum
compatibility. So SVG/Flash should be an option.

* "UMN Mapserver" SVG output doesn't make styles

* Flash output is not completed (problem with line
width, ...)

* Imagemaps are not so much powerfull (it can be used
to show tooltips with some work, and direct selection)
