#28 When lame.exe crashes, conversion waits until I click OK

Hi,
during feature extraction of a really big pile of
files, lame.exe fails from time to time. Windows then
throws out a crash-report-window.
Instead immediately skipping the file, MusicMiner waits
until I close the crash-report-window. That means I
cannot let MusicMiner run over night, as lame.exe
crashes too often and then waits until I click OK.

Maybe you can detect a crashed lame.exe somehow so the
file can be skipped, regardless from what the user
clicks or doen't click.
