#25 on iOS frequent distortions

Recently Exult streamlined their integrated mt32emu with current Munt but when you play the iOS port of Exult with you get very frequent distortions.
I attached a recording of this.
Probably needs some ARM optimizations or something like that. According to Xcode the CPU is not overtaxed at the moment of the distortions.

Because CPU is clearly not overloaded, the issue most likely caused by insufficient buffering. Anyway, this is out of the munt scope.
