I had a look at the Solaris memory plugin. It uses /usr/local/bin/top (I don't really remember why I wrote it that way, probably because kstat looked too complicated...). Your top is either too young or too old. Given that the plugin hasn't been touched for quite a while, I assume the former. Can you please send me the output from /usr/local/bin/top -n -u ?
