There is no supported wayt that one munin master can send data to 
another.  They are assumed to be self contained.

You may try to use rsync to copy the rrd files, and then keep to 
munin.conf files on B: One for munin-update on B and one which is A + B 
merged for use with munin-graph/html/limits.
