One annoying thing about Munin is that you might have a brand new RRD file if - you change some config of the plugin - you want to change the archive precision of the RRAs. So I cooked up a small utility rrdmove[1] that can copy data from one RRD to another. I used it for my own purpose, but I'm relasing it publicly in case someone is interested. The usage interface is very rough, but simple: rrdmove src.rrd dst.rrd It will copy all the DS data in src.rrd into dst.rrd, so you have to create the dst.rrd clevery. The data will be averaged with RRD in order to be able to transparently resample it.
