Hello all, I'm a fairly new user of munin and I must say I really appreciate its simple design. Well -- maybe not simple enough since I can't get "summarized graphs" to work. I have: <snip> fooload1.graph_title Loads side by side fooload1.graph_order s0141=xen9;s0141:load.load s0145=xen9;s0145:load.load fooload2.graph_title Loads on top of each other fooload2.dummy_field.stack s0141=xen9;s0141:load.load s0145=xen9;s0145:load.load fooload2.dummy_field.draw AREA # We want area instead the default LINE2. fooload2.dummy_field.label dummy # This is needed. Silly, really. fooload4.graph_title Summarised fooload4.dummy_field.sum s0141:load.load s0145:load.load fooload4.dummy_field.label combined </snip> ...in my config, and "fooload1" and "fooload2" generates nice graphs, but I can't get the "sum" graph to be generated (fooload4 above). I've been trying things like fooload3.graph_title Loads summarised fooload3.combined_loads.sum s0141.xen9:load.load s0145.xen9:load.load fooload3.combined_loads.label Combined loads and fooload6.graph_title Loads summarised fooload6.combined_loads.sum s0141=xen9;s0141:load.load s0145=xen9;s0145:load.load fooload6.combined_loads.label combined loads and fooload5.graph_title Loads summarised fooload5.combined_loads.sum s0141:load.load s0145:load.load fooload5.combined_loads.label combined loads ...but no luck... anybody know where I'm going wrong? According to the in-line documentation: # # The graph "load3". Now we want them summarised into one field # load3.graph_title Loads summarised # load3.combined_loads.sum fii.foo.com:load.load fay.foo.com:load.load # load3.combined_loads.label Combined loads # Must be set, as this is # # not a dummy field! ...which looks alot like what I've been trying... thanks, //Jacob. |
