Reactos it is the OpenSource WinNT Programming from the Internetusers
and it is a early beta (so still! in Alfa) Why should you not supporting Reactos a lil bit,
take the daily trunks in vbox or a other VM and test it out : https://reactos.org/getbuilds/
i think on a Driverengine where search the right files in the net programmed in Mumps,
maybe installable and test it befor with an antivier software and install it.
so, test it out, test Reactos out in a vm !
