What is the meaning of this the error below?
$show-coords -B file.delta > tab.file.coords
show-coords: show-coords.cc:1118: long int revC(long int, long int):
Assertion `Len - Coord + 1 > 0' failed.
Aborted

This is the first time I have encountered this error and I am unsure why. Is
the error coming from line 1118 in the delta file?
