[SIGLEX-MWE] call for feedback: SIGLEX-MWE section constitution

Dear SIGLEX-MWE members,

As you know, the MWE section currently has one official representative at the SIGLEX board. But the section is growing (we currently have over 200 
members) and we believe that one person is not enough to serve such a big and versatile community. Therefore, we have taken steps towards creating a 
SIGLEX-MWE Standing Committee, consisting of 5 members (one elected and 4 nominated).
These and other details are described in the brand new section constitution 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cMb53r_RFvnIiNDJ4IYHPziDiyB-2maKCJZW7Epdb8Y/edit?usp=sharing> draft, to be validated shortly by the SIGLEX board.
Any *feedback* on this text is welcome until *Friday 15 May* at latest (any time zone). Unless major issues need to be discussed, please, answer 
directly _to me __rather than to the whole list_.
